MenuCrafters is operated by CodeAustral LLC. We collect your email address and authentication details, the menu content, conversations, business preferences and files you provide, billing references, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. Stripe processes payments; we do not store your full card details.
We use this information to provide the studio, store and revise your work, generate AI results, process payments, provide support and enforce usage limits. Relevant instructions, conversation context and selected files are sent to our AI processing providers, which can include OpenCode/Zen, DeepSeek and fal.ai and their underlying model providers.
Some available text models are Contributor models. Their provider may use submitted content to improve or train models under the provider’s terms. Do not submit confidential information that you are not authorized to share. Provider processing and retention follow the provider’s terms; choosing private projects does not prevent necessary AI processing.
Your projects, conversations, uploads and drafts require account authentication. Publishing a result makes that version available to anyone with its link. You can revoke a studio share link; copies already downloaded by others cannot be recalled. Existing published menus remain publicly accessible.
We do not sell your personal information. We share relevant data with providers that operate the service and where required by law. You can edit or delete your work, revoke public links and agent connections, and request account deletion by emailing hello@codeaustral.com. Operational backups and records needed for billing, security or legal obligations may be retained.
