MenuCrafters ("we", "us") is operated by CodeAustral LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use menucrafters.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data: the email address and authentication details you provide when you sign in.
- Menu content: the restaurant descriptions and menu data you create so we can generate, store, and publish your menus.
- Billing data: if you subscribe to Pro, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- Usage data: basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) used to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide the menu generator and editor, generate AI drafts and translations, process payments, provide support, and keep the service secure. Menu descriptions you submit for AI generation, translation, optimization, or imagery are sent through our isolated AI processing service solely to return your result and enforce account usage limits.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run MenuCrafters (for example Stripe for payments and our AI processing infrastructure), and where required by law.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your menus at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing us.
