Every paid plan includes the full menu team, private workspaces, menu and document creation, photo generation, downloads, publishing and shared menu editing. Invited editors can use free verified accounts. Pro and Studio also include short video generation. The plans differ in their monthly AI allowance; usage varies by task, length, quality and revisions.
Text work uses a small part of your AI allowance based on its length. Standard photos use 0.6 credits. Up to 50% of the monthly allowance is available in a rolling seven-day window. Purchased top-ups do not expire and stay outside those windows. Usage and limits in your account shows exact charges and balances.
Yes. Existing accounts and their saved menu content are retained. Existing published menu links continue to work. Imported menus appear in your workspace, where you can revise them and publish a new version.
Your conversations and uploaded files stay private. Invited editors can access menus only in the projects you share. A result becomes publicly accessible only when you publish its share link. Anyone with that link can view the published file; you can deactivate it.
Shared editing is included with every active paid subscription. Invite editors by email from Collaborators in the menu editor. They need a free verified account matching the invitation. Editors can save menu changes; the owner controls publishing, access and paid tools. Shared access pauses if the owner’s subscription expires.
You can cancel renewal in your account through Stripe. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Generation failures release their reserved allowance.
Supply your recipes, ingredient labels, costs and sales. The team can organize and calculate from that information and flag missing details. Your kitchen must verify allergen statements, cross-contact risks, prices and final content before use.
