Source and methodology
MenuCrafters aggregate published-menu records
Count menus marked published and distinct internal owner IDs; menu text, restaurant names, and item-level content are excluded.
Scope
No restaurant names or unpublished prices; use only permitted aggregate metadata.
Limitations: the figures describe only the stated source and cutoff date. They are not market-wide estimates, do not establish causality, and should not be extrapolated to periods, populations, or categories that are absent from the observed sample.
