MenuCrafters refund policy

We want Premium to feel straightforward to buy. This policy explains when a refund can apply, how to request one, and which cases are excluded.

1. When a full refund can apply

We review full refund requests submitted within 30 days of the first charge for a Premium subscription purchased directly on menucrafters.com.

The request should come from the account email or include enough detail for us to identify the purchase.

2. Cases this policy normally does not cover

Renewal charges billed after the first 30 days.

Purchases completed outside the official MenuCrafters checkout.

Cases involving clear abuse of the policy, fraud, or violations of our Terms.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge with the subject line "Refund request".

Include your account email, the approximate charge date, and a short reason so we can review the case faster.

4. Subscription cancellation

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically create a refund.

You can cancel before renewal from your account settings.

5. Review and payout timing

Our goal is to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.

If a refund is approved, the final time to see the funds depends on Stripe and your bank or card issuer.
